We connect your CRM, your payments, and your ad accounts. We install every employee on your own computer. Then we run the first month beside you, so by day 30 the Monday brief is yours and the follow-up runs without you. Flat $4,500. No monthly required. You keep every file.
The lead from Tuesday never got a call back. The proposal is half written. The ad account has not been opened in nine days because you are afraid of what it spent. You know exactly what to do. There is just one of you, and the work that grows the business always loses to the work that is due today.
Every employee is a skill file: a job description Claude follows step by step, using your real CRM, payments, and ad data. They read, they draft, they propose. You approve with one word. Below is the org chart we install. Nothing here is a chatbot.
The one that runs the others is the chief of staff. Every Monday it names the single stage holding your business back, hands you five to ten plays against it, and drafts the first one.
Thirty-one skills in total. The full list is on the self-install page. Every one of them is a system Paul runs on real client accounts every week, written down so Claude runs it with you.
This is the exact page an install produces, filled with sample data for a plumbing company. Click through a year of revenue signed, revenue closed, marketing spend, and leads. Hover any day. Turn lines on and off. On a real install every number comes from your CRM, your payments, and your ad accounts, and each one carries its source and a timestamp.
It is a plain HTML file on your disk. No login, no server, no subscription. If we vanished tomorrow it would still open.
across two home service clients, from the ads, follow-up, and CRM systems these employees were written from.
on Google Ads spend for a flooring company, the account whose rules became the Google Ads buyer.
after switching to text first, then a human call. The follow-up shape every install starts with.
for a flooring company after a landing page fix, the same check the ads team runs on every page.
Results belong to the businesses that did the work. Yours depend on your offer, your market, and whether you say "go" on Monday. No income claims are made or implied. The install is new; there are no install testimonials yet, and we will not invent any.
Most AI installs fail one of two ways: the owner spends twenty hours connecting tools, or the thing starts texting customers before anyone trusts it. We do the connecting, and for the first month every employee only reads and drafts. You see exactly what it would have sent. Then you say go.
Five questions. Paul reads every one and replies within a business day with a yes, a no, or a question.
Your services, your area, your tools, your numbers, and the one thing you would fix first. It becomes the profile every employee reads.
CRM, payments, Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile. Each key is tested with a read-only call and stays on your machine.
Ninety minutes. All thirty-one employees on your computer, your dashboard with twelve months of history, your first Monday brief.
Every Monday: the brief, the bottleneck, the plays. Every draft shown, nothing sent. Two working sessions with Paul. You learn the three commands that matter.
You turn on sending, one workflow at a time, starting with the 60-second text. Thirty days of support after that. Then it is yours.
A monthly CEO day with Paul, one new play built each month, and re-connection when a tool changes. Cancel any month. Most owners do not need it after the shadow month.
| Option | What you pay | What you still do | What you keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| A part-time hire or VA | $1,500 to $3,000 a month, every month | Train them, manage them, replace them | Nothing when they leave |
| A marketing agency | $1,000 to $3,000 a month per channel | Every other job in the business | The ad account, if you own it |
| An AI receptionist app | $299 to $799 a month plus minutes and texts | Everything that is not answering the phone | Your data, in their cloud |
| An "AI operating system" shop | $5,000 to $7,500 to build, then $600 to $750 a month to host | Wait for their monthly automation | Access, as long as you keep paying |
| Solo AI Employees, installed | $4,500 once. $0 a month required. | Read Monday's brief. Say go. | Every file, on your own disk |
Competitor figures are posted prices we found in September 2026 and typical ranges quoted by the vendors themselves. They change; check them. The point is not that the others are bad. It is that they either rent you the result or leave the running to you.
"I did not build this to sell it. I built it because I was the bottleneck in my own business, and I could not afford the staff to fix that."
Paul Parnell runs Trades Titan, the channel where home service owners get systems instead of hype, and Level Up, a small marketing shop for home service companies. Mostly alone. Every employee in this install is a system he runs on real client accounts every week. The Monday brief you get is the one he gets.
He does every install himself, which is why there are only a few a month.
For the install, yes. There is no hosting fee, no seat fee, and no usage bill from us. You pay Anthropic for your Claude plan, usually $20 to $200 a month, and you pay your CRM and ad platforms what you already pay them. The optional tune-up is $500 a month and you can skip it.
About four in the first two weeks: the intake call, the screen-share install, and collecting logins. After that, fifteen minutes on Monday. The shadow month is designed so you never spend an evening "checking the AI." You read what it drafted, and you say go or not.
It keeps working. Every skill, every setting, and every number lives in plain files on your computer. The setup skill can reinstall the whole thing. There is nothing on our servers, so there is nothing to lose access to.
They will be talking to you. The employees draft texts and emails in your voice, and nothing goes out until you say go. There is no voice bot, no chat widget, and no auto-reply that you did not approve. When you turn on the 60-second text after the shadow month, it is a text you wrote and tested.
You type plain English into Claude. "Morning brief." "Go 2." "Draft a reply to Dave." The install puts everything where Claude finds it. If you can send a text, you can run this.
Today: GoHighLevel, JobNimbus, Stripe, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile, plus QuickBooks and most other tools by export. If your CRM is not on the list, say so on the application and we will tell you honestly before you pay anything.
Your keys stay on your machine in a file only you can read. Every connection is tested read-only first, and the employees never change a CRM record, send a message, or touch an ad without your go. We do not hold your logins after the install.
Keep them. The employees make them better: the VA gets a written SOP for every task, and the agency gets a weekly readout that asks the right questions. Several of the skills were written to manage exactly those relationships.
We say no on the application if we do not think it fits, and the "not for you" list above is honest. If we take you on and it is not live in 14 days, we keep working at no charge until it is.
Because the files are the same. What you are paying for here is Paul's hours: connecting your tools, building your history, and sitting beside you for the first month so the thing actually gets used. If you have the afternoon and the patience, the self-install is a real option and we say so.
Five questions. Paul reads every application himself and replies within one business day. No sales call unless you want one, and the answer might be "do the self-install first." That is fine too.
You will not be added to a drip sequence. One reply, from a person.
