Solo Operator OS by Trades TitanGet it, $127
A Trades Titan product for one-person and one-location businesses

Thirty-one AI workers that run your sales, marketing, ads, and back office. Installed in ten minutes. Nothing goes out without your okay.

Solo Operator OS is a set of skill files for AI agents. Built for Claude, and it runs in OpenAI Codex and other agents that read skill files. Every Monday it names the one thing holding your business back, hands you five to ten ways to fix it, and then does the drafting while you do the work only you can do.

Sound familiar

It is 9:40 at night and you are still the only employee.

The lead from Tuesday never got a call back. You meant to. The invoice from last week is still in drafts. There is a proposal half written, a post you keep not posting, and an ad account you have not opened in nine days because you are afraid of what it spent.

You bought the prompt pack. You watched the videos. You have a folder called "systems" with eleven PDFs in it. None of them call the lead back.

The problem was never that you do not know what to do. You know exactly what to do. The problem is there is one of you, and the work that grows the business always loses to the work that is due today.

So you keep doing every job yourself, and the business stays exactly the size of your week.

Where this came from

These are the systems one operator built to run his own agency. Then he turned them into skills.

Paul Parnell

Paul Parnell runs Trades Titan, the channel where home service owners get systems instead of hype, and Level Up, a small marketing shop for home service companies, mostly alone. Every skill in this OS is a system he runs on real clients every week, written down so Claude runs it with you. The numbers below are his clients' results from the systems these skills were written from.

$1.2M
in 90 days across two home service clients, from the ads, follow-up, and CRM systems these skills were written from
10x to 15x
return on Google Ads spend for a flooring company, the account whose rules became the Google Ads Buyer skill
50%
booking rate after switching to text first, then a human call, the follow-up shape this OS installs
$74 to $56
cost per lead for a flooring company after a landing page fix, the same check the ads skills run on every page

Results belong to the businesses that did the work. Yours depend on your offer, your market, and whether you say "go" on Monday. No income claims are made or implied.

Why the first workflow is a text message

Answer a lead in five minutes and you are 21 times more likely to qualify them. Wait thirty, and someone else gets the job.

21x
more likely to qualify a lead when you reach them inside 5 minutes instead of 30. (MIT and InsideSales.com Lead Response Management Study, Dr. James Oldroyd, 15,000 leads)
100x
more likely to even reach the lead at 5 minutes than at 30. Same study.
78%
of buyers go with the first company that responds. Not the cheapest, not the best. The first. (Lead Connect)
42 hours
average time a business took to respond to a web lead, and 23% never responded at all. (Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 companies)

That is why the very first thing Solo Operator OS builds for you is not an ad or a post. It is the 60-second text and the 5-minute call for every lead that comes in. Everything else in the system feeds that one workflow.

Third-party research, cited so you can check it. Dated studies; treat the multipliers as direction, not a promise.

What this week costs without it

Every week you run alone, the same three things leak.

The lead from Tuesdaynever got a call back. At 42 hours, most never do, and 78% of buyers already went with whoever answered first.
The proposal in draftsis a client not signed. Deals with no touch for seven days go cold; the follow-up sequence would have sent itself.
Thirty things at onceand nothing moves. One bottleneck, named on Monday, is the only way a one-person business grows.
What you get out of it

Nine things that change the first week

  1. You know the one thing to fix. Every Monday the CEO day names the stuck stage, leads, calls, closes, delivery, or cash, with the number that proves it. Not thirty tips. One stage, five to ten plays.
  2. Leads stop dying in your inbox. The follow-up sequences, the 60-second text, and the pre-call video script are written for you. You record one video once. It goes out before every call.
  3. You see the whole business on one page. Revenue pace, runway, the funnel, top deals, cost per lead by source, and alerts, in a dashboard on your own computer. No login, no subscription.
  4. Your ads get audited by dollars, not vibes. A 45-point graded audit, the search terms that wasted money, and the budget moves with the math shown. It never touches your account. You click.
  5. Twenty prospects and three outreach drafts land every week. With a reason for each prospect and a five-touch follow-up already written.
  6. Proposals write themselves from your call notes. Paste the transcript. Get a one-page proposal with the problem in the client's words, the price, and the next step.
  7. Content stops being a treadmill. One post a week for the local search term, a podcast script, a Google Business post, three short cuts, and the review replies. You approve, it publishes when you say.
  8. The back office runs on a calendar, not on memory. Onboarding checklists, SOPs from you talking them out, and a delegate-or-automate call on every repeating task.
  9. Nothing embarrassing goes out. Every client-facing draft gets a silent critique pass before you see it. Nothing sends, posts, or spends without you saying "go" on the exact final text. Your API keys stay in one file on your machine.

A good VA or agency is still worth having. This OS is what tells them what to do, and checks the work. The AI workers do not have to be perfect. They have to beat the team you would hire instead, and they run every day.

Why a chat window is not a team

Seven ways a plain AI chat lets a one-person business down, and what this does instead.

A chat window is a very smart intern with no memory and no desk. This is the desk.

Fit check

This is for you if

Yes

  • You run a one-person or one-location business: a trade, a consultancy, a freelance practice, a small agency.
  • You already pay for Claude or Codex (any plan that supports skills), or will.
  • You have a CRM, or you are willing to set one up. GoHighLevel is the default; HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro work too.
  • You can give it 90 minutes on Friday and 10 minutes every morning.
  • You want to approve everything before it goes out.

No

  • You want a robot that sends, posts, and spends without you. This one will not.
  • You run an ecommerce brand or a team over ten people. Different problems, different tools.
  • You are looking for a course. There are no videos to watch. There are workers to run.
  • You have no offer yet. Build the offer first; the Deal Closer will help, but nothing else works without one.
How it works

The Bottleneck Loop

Most people try to fix thirty things at once. That is why nothing moves. The OS runs one loop, six steps, every week. It attacks one stage at a time and reads the number back before it moves on.

How Solo Operator OS runs your week A loop: Monday brief, one bottleneck named, five to ten plays, the team drafts the work, you approve, Friday readout and dashboard, repeat. You are in the center for 90 minutes a week. Five teams of skills along the bottom. How it runs your week One loop. Six steps. You are in the middle for 90 minutes a week. One loop, six steps, about 90 minutes of your time a week. Five teams of skills do the drafting.
  1. Monday 7am, the brief. Calendar, pipeline moves, yesterday's ad spend, inbox, and what the other skills produced overnight. One phone screen.
  2. One bottleneck, named. Leads, calls, closes, delivery, or cash. The CEO day picks the stuck stage from your numbers and writes it down. It stays until the number moves.
  3. Five to ten plays, ranked. Every play hits that one stage. Each line says why, from your data, and how much work it is. You reply "go 2".
  4. The team drafts. Prospect lists, call prep, the pre-call video script, ad angles and briefs, follow-ups, posts, the newsletter, the workflow build pack. Drafts land in your folder, critiqued once before you see them.
  5. You approve. Say "go" on the exact text, or fix it. Nothing sends, posts, publishes, or spends until you do. Ever.
  6. Friday, the readout. What moved, what did not, what we learned, the next bets. The dashboard refreshes. Then the loop runs again with a better number.

Setup does the install for you in Claude Code or Codex, connects your CRM, payments, and ad accounts one at a time with a read-only test on each, and writes a checklist of what is live. First run is three commands: run my CEO day, dashboard, then the skill that matches your bottleneck.

Questions people ask before buying

FAQ

Will it actually send emails or run ads for me?

No, on purpose. It drafts, audits, plans, and pulls numbers. Sending, posting, publishing, and spending stay in your hands. Every skill has that rule written into it. The day you want it to send, you say "go" on the exact final text.

I already have ChatGPT and a stack of prompts. How is this different?

A prompt is a request. A skill is a worker with a job description, a checklist, the reference files it needs, and a fixed output. It asks you six questions once, keeps a profile, reads your CRM and ad accounts when connected, and runs the same way every week. You do not re-explain your business each time.

Do I need Claude, or does it run in Codex too?

Both. Built for Claude on any paid plan that supports skills. It also runs in OpenAI Codex, which reads the same skill files, and in any agent that does. In Claude Code or Codex the setup skill installs everything and connects your tools. In Claude.ai and Cowork you upload the skill files once and paste your profile block.

Where do my API keys and customer data go?

Into one file on your own computer, in a folder you own. Keys are never typed into the chat, never written into a report, and every connection is read-only unless you ask for more. The dashboard is an HTML file on your disk, not a website.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes to install and write your profile. Connecting tools is one at a time, two to five minutes each, and you can skip any of them. Google Ads is the slow one; you can start with exports and connect the API later.

I do not have a CRM. Does it still work?

Yes, with typed numbers instead of pulled ones. The dashboard and the brief will ask you for five numbers a week. The Ops Commander will also tell you, kindly, to get a CRM. GoHighLevel is the default because it does calendar, follow-up, and invoices in one place.

What if I only need one part?

Buy one skill for $47. Pipeline Builder, Deal Closer, Ops Commander, Local Presence, and Google Ads Buyer are sold alone. Setup, the dashboard, the ads team, and the back-office team only come in the bundle, because they need each other.

Are there testimonials?

The results on this page are from the builder's own clients, produced by the same systems. Buyer results will be posted here as they come in, with permission, and never invented.

Refunds?

Seven days, no questions. Reply to your receipt.

Two ways this week can go.

One: you keep doing every job yourself. The lead from Tuesday still does not get called. The business stays the size of your week.

Two: you install the team tonight, run the CEO day on Friday, and on Monday morning there is a brief on your phone that says what the one problem is and five ways to fix it. You say "go 2" and go to work.

Same you. Same business. One of them has a team.
